Doctors in New England were left puzzled after an 18 year old girl complained of stomach pains and vomiting. After numerous scans of her abdomen, doctors concluded that there was a large mass inside of her stomach made up of foreign materials. After numerous questions the doctors discovered that the girl has had a habit of eating her hair. The girl soon underwent surgery to remove this massive hair-ball. After removing the ball-o-hair it weighed 10 pounds and measured 15 inches by 7 inches by 7 inches. The girl was very embarrassed, I mean who would want 10 pounds of hair in their stomach. She has stopped the habit, and is feeling much better know.
